1. Information We Collect
When submitting a public recruitment application to CRWN Esports, we collect information relevant to evaluating competitive standing, including your In-Game Name (IGN), numeric Call of Duty: Mobile UID, competitive division, account level, rank history, device hardware specifications, availability, and external contact handles (Discord / Telegram / Email).
2. Use of Recruitment Data
Recruitment data is utilized solely by authorized clan administrators and team captains for the purpose of vetting candidates, organizing evaluation scrims, verifying player legitimacy, and issuing invitation onboarding links. We do not sell, rent, or lease personal identifiers to third parties.
3. Public Roster Visibility Policy
Only active clan members who have completed full onboarding and have explicitly enabled public visibility will be displayed on the public roster. Numeric CODM UIDs, private contact channels, application notes, and login credentials are never published or exposed through our public interfaces.
4. Data Security & Storage
All account passwords, invitation tokens, and password reset tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt and SHA-256). All communications and administrative dashboard sessions are protected by encrypted HTTPS transports and HTTP-only cookie guards.
5. Rights & Removal
Applicants may request withdrawal of their pending recruitment dossier at any time. Active members may deactivate their accounts or request data deletion by contacting clan administration at privacy@crwnesports.com.
